Rapid Roller™ RECP Installation Implement Reduces Installation Costs

Designed for use with a skidsteer loader, the Rapid Roller is a hydraulically-controlled boom that swings from side to side and pivots up and down for quick and easy unloading and unrolling of North American Green rolled erosion control products (RECPs) during installation.
Available for use with 4 feet, 6.67 feet, and 8 feet RECPs on 3- to 4-inch cores, the Rapid Roller requires only a 2-person team for operation: one to drive the loader, the other to ensure proper seam formation and staple the blanket to the ground.
Experience has shown that the Rapid Roller and a 5-person crew can install 2,500 square yards of material per hour, versus 1,000 square yards per hour by a 6-man crew without the advantage of the Rapid Roller. Such gains in productivity can reduce installation costs by 40% or more.

The Rapid Roller makes loading and unloading large rolls of North American Green product from flatbed trucks easier and faster.
The Rapid Roller connects quickly and easily to any skidsteer loader. The hydraulic actuator allows the stem to swing 180 degrees left or right, as well as angle 115 degrees up and 8 degrees down. The detachable stem can be changed easily and is available in three lengths.
Rapid Roller’s pivot arm locks securely for ease of transportation and storage.
The adjustable stop on the Rapid Roller pivot arm allows for operation below horizontal levels.
Keeping the material perfectly positioned on the stem is simple with Rapid Roller’s Retaining Collar and Quick Pin.
