Erosion Solutions Specialists
North American Green-trained Erosion Solution Specialists understand the rules—and the tools—available to help comply with industry and regulatory standards, including the U.S. EPA’s NPDES Phase II rules, which now impact all construction activity affecting one acre or more. We can also help design effective erosion control measures that earn points toward USGBC® LEED Green Building Rating System® project certification goals.
In addition, Erosion Solutions Specialists are trained to help customers use our ECMDS® (Erosion Control Materials Design Software). This powerful, easy-to-use tool provides computer-assisted selection of materials, which ensures proper design, soil loss prediction, product specification, and project planning.
The Erosion Solutions Specialist program has been an astounding success, with more than 325 representatives from more than 175 North American Green distributor locations worldwide now certified as Erosion Solutions Specialists. Find a Specialist near you.
North American Green now offers three levels of Erosion Solutions Specialist training, ESST Specialist I, AESST Specialist II, and AESST Specialist III. The AESST, or advanced program, is designed to provide our Specialists with continued education and advanced training in erosion and sediment control.
We are a proud participant in AASHTO's National Transportation Product Evaluation Program for RECPs.
