Initiate a Claim

Before initiating a claim against the North American Green Ultimate Assurance Guarantee, please first ensure that your project meets the following requirements:

All North American Green Product(s) used in the project were specified using the most recent version of the North American Green Erosion Control Materials Design Software (ECMDS^® Version 4.3).
The project and associated ECMDS erosion control design information was registered with North American Green prior to product installation.
Seedbed preparation, seed application, product installation and staple pattern were in accordance with North American Green published and/or written recommendations.
Vegetation species selection and seeding rates were in accordance with North American Green recommendations or those made by a qualified agronomist or seed supplier.
This claim is being made within ten (10) days after failure occurred.
Soil erosion and/or product failure was not caused or exacerbated by any of the following, which are expressly excluded from the North American Green Ultimate Assurance Guarantee:
- Internal structural instability of the soil mass
- Slumping or settling of underlying soils
- Insufficient drainage of ground water or piping of ground water through the soil surface layer
- Erosion initiated and/or exacerbated by human activities following installation of the RECP

If your claim does not meet all of the above requirements or if you do not have all of the required documentation, please contact the North American Green distributor from which you purchased the subject product or contact the North American Green Customer Service Department at (800) 772-2040 or customerservice@nagreen.com.
